The program was excellent! It was really great to see the audience get up and dance at the end of the evening! we were very happy and would welcome you all back anytime!
Alderney Gate Public Library
We received excellent feedback! Audience members told library staff that your performance was fantastic and many thanked us profusely for hosting you here.
It was a fantastic performance and I really enjoyed the spirit and energy you brought into the library. It was wonderful to see youth and children as a part of your group as well - we believe at the library, we have so much to learn from sharing between generations and between cultures! It was an honour to have you here!

Thank you SO much for coming out to visit Musquodoboit Harbour! Everyone had a great time. Here's my official write-up with the feedback:
There was a fantastic turnout (48 people) for this bright, exciting, and energetic program held out on the floor. It brought everyone out of their shell by encouraging everyone to dance. Seniors danced with young children to the drums, and it was a great way to bring the community together. One of the dancers even went behind the desk where staff were working and danced with them there, to much laughter.
Feedback was very positive. Comments included: “very enjoyable,” “Many thanks! Really appreciate the effort & commitment!” “What a great time learning about other cultures,” “So nice to have some Burundi culture in Musquodoboit Harbour. I want to expose my children to as much culture as possible,” “Good music and good dance.”
We hope you will consider coming back out next year!

African Heritage Month 2016
I want to thank you again for the wonderful program on Saturday. Please extend our thanks to the entire group, dancers and drummers. The Library received some lovely comments about the program:
"Excellent - really enjoyed it." "Fantastic! Again please!" "Fantastic wasn't long enough."
Sharing Burundi dance and drumming with the community is an important way to celebrate diversity. We appreciate Mutcho's contribution. Good luck with the new drums, hope they arrive safely.
