Mutcho Cultural Group in partnership with Atlantic Council for International Cooperation would like to thank you for your support of the International Woman Celebration’s Day on March 11!
The event “WE STAND FOR AFRICAN WOMEN” was a Solidarity Africa fundraiser for clean water. This was an extraordinary cultural experience that engaged the community with drumming, dancing, a silent auction, and display tables.

"A new hit on the 35th edition of Memorial Van Damme
d-side was proud to support the famous 35th edition of the ‘Memorial Van Damme’ for which we were in charge of the music show and the fireworks. As every year, the ‘Drummers of Burundi’ took the athletes and the audience to the next level and gave Kenenisa Bekele the victory on the 10.000m. Bolt, Blake and the Borlée brothers dominated their sprint races.
A huge show of Soul Sister and the fireworks created a fantastic closing of a successful event.
Memorial Van Damme 2011 was definitely the world’s best meeting of the year!."

Sharing Burundi dance and drumming with the community is an important way to celebrate diversity. We appreciate Mutcho's contribution.
Good luck with the new drums, hope they arrive safely.
